Notice to Kasasa Accountholders: COVID-19 Update
In response to the disruptive nature of the COVID-19 virus and the impact that it may have on you and your family, we have decided to waive the debit card purchases qualification on your account(s) for the Qualification Cycle beginning May 1, 2020 and ending May 29, 2020. This is being done to not only encourage you to stay home and stay safe, but to also provide you with a little bit of financial assistance during this time. *Please note that any additional monthly qualifications associated with your account must still be met in order for your account to qualify for the rewards. Special Banking Access: COVID-19 Update
As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact us, we’d like you to know that all of us at PCSB share your concerns as our daily routines have been quickly disrupted. The health and safety of our customers, staff and the communities we serve have always been top priorities for us. PCSB means family and in order to protect both our families and yours, we are following the guidance from federal and state health departments regarding social distancing and sanitizing procedures. We are encouraging staff to follow the CDC's recommended steps for preventing illness, and have asked staff to stay home if they feel ill. Our facitilies and high touch areas are also undergoing additional sanitizing beyond our typcial daily santizing procedures.
Our branches will remain open for drive-up Interactive Teller services and with limited lobby access by appointment only beginning Tuesday, March 17th. This is being done so that we can support the practice of social distancing in our communities, while serving our customers in a safe manner. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and make adjustments to our lobby access when appropriate. While in-person branch appointments are available, we very respectfully ask that you please limit your visits inside the bank for only those services that cannot be conducted through our digital banking channels so as to maintain the health and wellness of our customers, staff and communities. We highly encourage you to give us a call and/or utilize our digital banking services in the coming weeks so that we can minimize the spread of this virus in our communities and get back to business as usual as soon as possible.

Interactive Teller (ITMs)
Please utilize our drive-up ITMs open Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm. Simply touch the screen to start a session and the ITM Specialist displayed on screen will happily walk you through the process if you have never used the ITM before. Access your accounts 24/7 with Online Banking and Mobile Banking. The mobile check deposit fee has been temporarily waived.
ATMs and Night Drop
Please utilize our drive-up ATMs for cash withdrawals and deposits. The night drop is also available 24/7 for deposits.
